Blind Goes Steampunk For Ravonettes

Building on the relationship between Blind and the Ravonettes forged with the Gap Sound of Color project, this their second video together delves deep into the world of the Steampunk aesthetic. “The band wanted to make a video that was a piece of art, an attitude stemming from their background in Denmark. This gives them a different set of priorities, such that art exists for art’s sake and not for commerce, which was really attractive to Blind,” noted Blind EP Dave Kleinman.
Director Chris Do. Client: Vice Records/The Orchard.

Uploader might reconsider using vevo.com as a video hoster: in my country, I only get a message “not currently available in your country”.
Since it’s trivial to make websites available worldwide, and actually a lot more complicated to keep certain countries shut out, I guess this is deliberate.
The country is Switzerland. If you want your projects to be seen, please use a different video hoster.

Alain,
We’re aware of the country restrictions and copyright laws that vevo has to abide by. You can view the video (updated) plus behind the scenes artwork on the Blind site. See it here: http://www.blind.com/work/directors/chris-do/heart-of-stone/
