What's included with an issue of Stash?
Every monthly issue of STASH includes a DVD showcasing outstanding commercials, music videos, broadcast design, branded content, virals, game cinematics and short films PLUS behind the scenes extras, bonus films and music tracks. Also tucked inside the DVD case you'll find the 40-page companion book of production notes, color pix, credits and links.
What are the Stash SIXPACKS?
Each SIXPACK collection contains the complete DVDs from six issues of Stash in a single case. The books for all six issues are included as PDF files on the disks. Stash SIXPACKs are a great way to save money while you catch up on back issues.
Can I play Stash DVDs in my area?
All Stash DVDs are formatted for NTSC Region 0 (region-free), which means they can be played in any part of the world. There are happy Stash subscribers in over 50 countries and none have ever reported being unable to play our DVDs. Sorry, we do not support PAL formats.
Is the audio in surround sound?
The audio on the Stash DVDs is mixed in two channel stereo.
Do you include HD format video on STASH?
We are keeping a close watch on the progress of HD DVD technology and when the time is right we will make the switch.
I hear there are extras on STASH. Like what?
Yes, every new issue of Stash includes bonus material like our Stash mini-fests of must-see short films and downloadable MP3 music tracks from today's hottest independent labels.
I just subscribed to Stash. When will I get my first issue?
New issues of Stash are released on or about the 5th of each month. Subscriptions placed before that date will start with that new issue; subscriptions placed after that date will begin with the next issue. Delivery time for the first issue of your subscription can take from 1-8 weeks, depending on when you placed your order and where you live.
Can I start my subscription with a specific issue?
Yes, you can request a specific start date for your subscription. We are usually able to backdate a subscription by 2-3 issues. Add your request to the "Comments" field when you are placing your order, or contact us after the order is placed to request a different start issue.
I just moved. How do I change my address with Stash?
A change of address can be submitted by contacting customerservice@stashmedia.tv. One of our Customer Service representatives will confirm the change and let you know when the last issue of Stash was mailed.
I’m trying to renew my Stash subscription, but my email address has changed. What can I do?
Since we use your email address to identify you, send a message to customerservice@stashmedia.tv, with the old and new email addresses. We will update your record with the new email address and send you another renewal link.
I didn't get one of my Stash subscription issues. Can I get a replacement sent?
Yes, we will replace subscription issues that have been lost in transit. Send a message to customerservice@stashmedia.tv and include your full address and the name and email used with your subscription.
I just placed an order for Stash items. How soon will I get it?
Stash orders (except subscriptions) are set up for delivery usually within 2-3 business days. Delivery from our warehouse is made by First Class mail within the United States or by Air Mail parcel post to other parts of the world. Usual delivery time is 1-2 weeks but can take up to 8 weeks or longer depending on your country of residence. Our warehouse will send an email confirmation to tell you your package has been shipped. If your items are backordered at our warehouse, we will contact you with an estimate of when the item will be shipped.
What if I want my Stash DVDs right away?
We will arrange to ship your order by courier for an additional charge. You can add this request in the "Comments" field when you place your order or contact us after the order is placed to request this service. We will contact you to let you know the additional charge and arrange for payment.
I want to order more than one item. Can I get a special rate for multiple orders?
Yes, you can get discounts for multiple orders. Follow our contact link to send a request to our sales crew.
Do you have other Stash items for sale, like T-shirts and stuff?
We do sometimes offer special limited edition Stash T-shirts and buttons with our special offers. Use the contact link to get information about our specials from our sales team.
I want to place an order, but don’t want to do it online.
You can print out the shopping cart page and enclose it with a check or money order payable to Stash Media Inc., and mail it to Stash Media Inc, 484 - 1641 Lonsdale Ave., North Vancouver, BC V7M 2J5, Canada. I want to order from Stash but don’t have a credit card. How else can I pay for it?
Orders can be paid by International money order in US dollars, through PayPal or a company check and mailed to Stash Media Inc, 484 - 1641 Lonsdale Ave., North Vancouver, BC V7M 2J5, Canada. You can also select the Bill Later option when placing your order and we will send you an invoice with payment options or follow the link to contact us about your order. Please note: Items cannot be shipped until payment has been received.
I made a mistake when I placed my order. How can I get it changed?
Send a message to customerservice@stashmedia.tv. We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days to correct the problem.
I am having problems placing my order and don’t know what to do.

I need to get an invoice for my Stash order for tax purposes or so my company will pay for it.
Invoice requests can be made in the Comments field when you are placing your order or send a message to customerservice@stashmedia.tv. Please provide a PO or VAT number or whatever specific information you require on your invoice. We will email you an invoice within 1-3 business days.
It’s been more than two months and I still haven’t received my order. What do I do?
Send a message to customerservice@stashmedia.tv. We will check the status of your order and get back to you within 1-2 business days. If necessary, we will send replacement items.
One of my DVDs was damaged when it arrived. What do I do?
We will be happy to replace items that have been damaged in transit. Send a message to customerservice@stashmedia.tv and we'll fix you up.
Can I send items back to Stash?
If you are unhappy with your Stash order for any reason, send a message customerservice@stashmedia.tv to arrange for a return.
