MAKE Welcomes Lucia Naples and Rebekah Hartwig to Production Team

From the release:

MAKE, the creative studio built on animation, entertainment, and short stories, has welcomed two new producers to its production team. As MAKE expands its Originals slate and takes on more commercial campaigns, these hires strengthen the studio’s ability to keep ideas sharp, the workflow tight, and the creative moving the way it should.

Naples, a 2025 SCAD graduate in 2D animation, caught MAKE’s eye when her senior film ÜMIT won second place in the MAKE Thesis Grant for its ambition, organization, and emotional clarity. She will assist with the Original series Sunny Side Down, collaborating with directors and artists to guide the series from concept to completion, while also supporting commercial productions.

“I’m super grateful that every day I get to wake up and go to work in a studio with such insanely talented artists,” said Naples. “It’s still wild to think that making cartoons and commercials is my actual job. Dreams really do come true!”

Hartwig, also a SCAD graduate, impressed MAKE during the Commercial Animation Workshop, where she led a 3D team through a fast-paced production sprint. Known for calm problem-solving and clear communication, she has already contributed to client work, including the long-running Hess Toy Truck campaign, while also supporting Originals.

“Thrilled to join this creative playground! And don’t worry, I’ll provide structure… like a responsible adult on a jungle gym,” said Hartwig.

Danny Robashkin, Founder and Creative Director at MAKE, emphasized the importance of these additions. “Lucia and Rebekah stood out the first time we worked with them. Lucia’s senior film showed real production instinct, and Rebekah proved she could lead under pressure during our workshop. It was clear they understood how to support artists and keep creative on track, which matters even more as we take on more Originals and bigger commercial campaigns. They make the work and the process better. Clients will see faster turnarounds, smoother communication, and a team ready for ambitious work.”

With these hires, MAKE adds new perspectives, stronger workflow instincts, and even more support for the artists and teams behind every project. It means smoother production, more room for creative ambition, and a foundation built to meet the scale of what’s coming next.
