Vagrants, a creative production shop known for world-class production, craft, and collaboration, has named Jen Perry as Executive Creative Director. Perry will lead the development of a full-scale creative practice within Vagrants, expanding the company’s capabilities beyond production to deliver bold, strategic creative campaigns under one roof.
Perry’s relationship with Vagrants began in 2017, when she first tapped the team as a partner while leading brand-side creative at Constant Contact. That early collaboration grew into a series of award-winning projects, and now into a shared vision: building a creative shop that combines strategy, story, and execution with care, clarity, and craft.
With more than 20 years shaping campaigns for some of the world’s best-known brands, Perry has held senior creative roles at agencies including MullenLowe, Deutsch NY, Energy BBDO, and Arnold Worldwide, and led brand-side creative at Constant Contact, where she transformed the in-house creative team into a full-service in-house creative agency.
Most recently, she expanded and led the creative department at Gupta Media. Her work has been recognized by the Emmy Awards, Cannes Lions, The One Show, Hatch Awards, and MarCom Awards, and featured in Adweek, Ad Age, Campaign, and USA Today.
