The Mill enthrones Heather Fullerton as the new Managing Director of its 180-person New York office. A former partner at StrawberryFrog in Amsterdam and founding MD of the agency’s NY office and a former EVP at McCann Erickson, Fullerton replaces Alistair Thompson who moved into a global business development role. Fullerton will also serve as a member of The Mill’s Group Executive Board.
