WORKPRODUCT Appoints Tobin Kirk EP, Brand Partnerships

From the release:

WORKPRODUCT is pleased to announce that Tobin Kirk has joined the studio as Executive Producer, Brand Partnerships. At the same time, Rideview, WORKPRODUCT’s sister company specializing in automotive visualization and configurator experiences, will become part of the WORKPRODUCT ecosystem.

Together, the moves mark the next phase of WORKPRODUCT’s growth and create a more unified offering for brands, agencies, studios, and creative partners seeking premium content, product visualization, and interactive experience.

Kirk brings extensive experience across brand, agency, production, and studio environments. In his new role, he will focus on developing and deepening partnerships across automotive, entertainment, gaming, real-time content, and interactive work.

“As WORKPRODUCT enters its next phase, we wanted someone who understands the full arc of the work – from the relationships and strategic conversations that shape an opportunity to the production realities required to bring it to life,” said Yates Holley/Owner | Director of Technology. “Tobin brings that perspective, along with a deep understanding of how brands, agencies, and creative teams work. He will help us build stronger partnerships while making the experience of working with WORKPRODUCT even more connected, responsive, and effective.”

Throughout his career, Kirk has led business development, production, and creative partnerships for companies working across advertising, entertainment, automotive, gaming, design, visual effects, and post production. His experience includes senior roles at Swing Set Productions, Faraday Future, Blind, Blur, and Troika, where he helped guide complex projects from initial opportunity through production and delivery.

“WORKPRODUCT has built something rare: a studio with strong creative instincts, sophisticated technical capabilities, and a highly adaptive production model,” said Kirk. “The opportunity is to bring those strengths to more partners while making the process feel clear, collaborative, and fully connected from the first conversation through final delivery.”

Originally developed around automotive visualization and configurator systems, Rideview has grown into a broader platform for creating connected automotive content and experiences. By bringing Rideview under the WORKPRODUCT umbrella, the studio can now support automotive brands across the full launch and ownership journey, including CGI, films, product renders, social content, real-time production, interactive tools, configurators, and immersive experiences.

The work may begin with a vehicle, but the need is often much larger: a consistent visual foundation that can support a launch campaign, digital retail experience, product film, configurator, dealership tool, social ecosystem, or experiential activation.

Bringing these capabilities together under WORKPRODUCT allows creative, production, and technology teams to work from the same source, reducing fragmentation, improving consistency, and creating a more streamlined process for both new and existing partners.

“Rideview has always been about more than creating beautiful automotive imagery,” said John Kim/Owner/Operator. “It is about building flexible visual systems that can support an entire brand ecosystem. Integrating Rideview into WORKPRODUCT gives our clients access to that expertise alongside our broader capabilities in strategy, storytelling, design, CGI, VFX, AI-assisted workflows, real-time technology, and modern production.”

With Kirk leading brand partnerships and Rideview joining the studio, WORKPRODUCT is positioned to offer clients a more complete and integrated way to create: strategically grounded, visually sophisticated, technically rigorous, and built to adapt across platforms, formats, and evolving business needs.
