James Murray, Global Managing Director, FutureDeluxe, said:
“We already have a great team and a strong client base on the West Coast, and we see a lot more opportunity across the Bay Area. Having Mercedes in San Francisco, working alongside our LA team, puts us closer to our clients and those conversations. A big part of our growth strategy is working with brands that share our belief in craft, creativity and innovation and want to make work that genuinely pushes things forward.
It was immediately clear Mercedes would be a natural fit; she’s genuinely curious about the work, wants to work with ambitious brands and cares about making work that stands out. We’re really excited to have her on the team.”
Mercedes Perez-Bode, Business Director, FutureDeluxe, expressed her excitement about joining the studio:
“The best work comes from great partnerships. Throughout my career, I’ve loved helping forward-thinking clients realise high-impact projects, and I can’t wait to introduce new brands to the creative firepower at FutureDeluxe.
I thrive on connecting visionary teams with world-class design talent. FutureDeluxe is doing exciting work in the industry right now, working with the most iconic brands in the world, and I can’t wait to spread the word and see what we build next.”
