All is not what it seems in the aptly named “Scale,” a lovingly rendered 3D short directed by Annie Hua, Arthur Graff, Kevin Monnier and Ouirich Bounthavy in pursuit of their Master’s degree at ATI in Paris. Music by Alexandre Chaigneau.
