CG humans constructed of particles (often rendered as liquid of some kind) are common enough to qualify as their own genre. And while many of those projects get high marks for technical proficiency, few if any have elicited an emotional response close to the disturbing melancholy invoked by this unrelenting monochrome opus called “Granularity (video edit)” by the London musician and visual artist known as Redhoot.
