Forever Appoints Carolyn Taylor as VP, Client Partnerships

From the release:

Forever, the global collective of creative studios comprising FutureDeluxe, Tendril, Builders Club, Found and Trizz, today announced the appointment of Carolyn Taylor as VP, Client Partnerships. Taylor joins from Monks, where she was Group Business Director focused on experience, innovation and digital transformation.

The strategic hire follows the recent appointment of Chris Bahry as Chief Executive Officer, reinforcing Forever’s unified leadership structure and its commitment to creative leadership, premium work, and an outstanding client experience.

Taylor will hold key client relationships spanning the group, acting as a senior connector between Forever’s studios and its clients. Working closely with Chris Bahry, Kate Bate (COO), and studio leadership, Taylor will operate across commercial strategy, relationship management, and studio coordination. This gives every client a single senior partner and a consistent experience, regardless of which studio leads the work, while enabling brands to unlock the full breadth of Forever’s creative excellence and capabilities as their needs evolve.

“We are scaling taste, and that is a harder problem than scaling output,” said Chris Bahry, CEO of Forever. “It takes someone who can hold a client relationship across our studios without sanding off what makes each one distinct. Carolyn has been doing that work at group scale for her whole career. We’re lucky to get her.”

“I’m thrilled to share that I’m joining Forever as VP, Client Partnerships,” said Carolyn Taylor. “I’ve spent my career helping brands turn complexity into clarity, leading digital transformation, scaling teams, and putting AI and innovation to work where it actually matters. I’ll be partnering with clients across our studios making sure every experience feels seamless, strategic, and true to what makes this network special. Excited to dig in.”

Kate Bate, COO of Forever, said “Forever is built on the idea that we’re stronger together, and this role is key to making that real for our clients. Carolyn brings a combination of experience, commercial instinct, and the ability to bring people together around a shared vision. I couldn’t be more excited to welcome her to the team.”
