Moldova probably isn’t on your festival map yet. The Festival of Creative Industries (FIC) is here to fix that, with five themed days of gaming, design & animation, music, culture, media, and public policy.
FIC 2026 gathers hundreds of professionals and a global guest list under the theme “Senses.” Translation: hands off the prompt box, hands on the work. The whole edition leans away from screens and toward the tactile.
Three exhibitions anchor the city for the week: a poster retrospective from Milton Glaser, Nicolas Wieërs’ photography documenting tattoo culture inside Eastern European prisons, and a show of illustrations by Moldovan icon Lică Sainciuc. Paradiso Institute also lands in Eastern Europe for the first time with a collective art workshop.
When: June 3-7, 2026
