Woolmark Animated Billboards by 3Dsomething Take Over Times Square and Piccadilly Circus

Samuel Guillotel, 3D design director at 3Dsomething in London: “As part of a wider campaign aimed at taking a stance on synthetic clothing, The Woolmark Company also amplified their message by introducing striking 3D billboards in Times Square, NYC and Piccadilly Circus, London.

“It’s been established that 3D billboards are the thing of the moment, but when the technology in place fits the brief so perfectly it makes it even more impactful.

“As the brief was founded on the statistic that every 25 minutes, an Olympic-size swimming pool’s worth of crude oil is used in the production of polyester garments, the link between the pool and these gigantic screens is taking it to the next level and reveals the shocking fact in front of thousands of people.”
