Digital-Tutors Acquired by Online Training Leader, Pluralsight. Announces new $29 Plans and Training Production Growth.

Digital-Tutors, providers of the world’s largest creative training library, announced that it has been acquired by Pluralsight, the online leader in dev and IT training.

This acquisition opens up both libraries to members of each site and combines to bring over 3,000 creative, dev and IT courses. Digital-Tutors creative training library consists of courses spanning subjects in 2D, 3D, game development, VFX and software including Maya, Photoshop, 3ds Max, CINEMA 4D, Unity, ZBrush, NUKE, After Effects and more.

Digital-Tutors offers training for individuals, universities and businesses, including Pixar, DreamWorks, Rockstar Games and Electronic Arts. Since its founding in 2000, Digital-Tutors has kept at the forefront of creative technology by forming partnerships with leading software and hardware providers, including Autodesk, Wacom, Maxon, The Foundry and Pixologic.

With new resources, Digital-Tutors will be expanding its instructor base to go deeper and wider in creative subjects and software. Within weeks new releases will rise to 8-10 courses each week for creative training alone. The complete Digital-Tutors team will also join forces with Pluralsight, running offices out of Oklahoma City, Chicago and Salt lake City.

Along with the growth in training production, new subscription plans have rolled out and include a $29 plan that makes Digital-Tutors training more accessible than ever before. The new $29 plan will bring training access to more creatives around the world and address the requests for a lower-priced plan.
