In Praise of Silky (and Reusable) Gift Wrap

International design agency Jones Knowles Ritchie (known for high-profile clients like Dunkin’, Budweiser, and Burger King) apply their many talents to a smaller and more elegant project for London luxury perfume brand Miller Harris.

JKR creative director Daniel Kennington in London: “Inspired by the brand’s unique spirit – a blend of Parisian elegance with eclectic London street style – we replaced single-use gift wrap with 100% silk twill scarves.

“In creating content that went across their store displays and social channels, the challenges were simulating the scarves so they looked like silk and telling the story of gift wrapping bottles but in a less obvious way.”

  1. Jim says:

Would love to know who did the music on this. Commercial track or composed?
Would also love to see Stash push for music/sound credits as a requirement for publishing. Sound is 50% of the cinematic experience!

  2. Hi Jim, fully agree that music and audio design are key ingredients of most work and if credits are not supplied we do hunt them down when possible.
