Rob Whalley Joins Vagrants as Associate Creative Director of Art and Design

Vagrants, a creative production studio known for world-class production, craft, and collaboration, today announced the appointment of Rob Whalley as Associate Creative Director of Art and Design. Whalley will lead art and design across campaigns, partnering closely with creative, production, and post-production teams to deliver bold, strategic creative under one roof.

A New England native with more than 15 years of experience, Whalley joins from EF, where he spent over a decade in senior creative roles across EF Educational Tours and EF Higher Ed. He directed brand and creative initiatives spanning graphic design, product marketing, UI/UX and digital experiences, building and mentoring design teams to translate business strategy into compelling visual narratives. His extensive in-house background provides him with a distinct understanding of how creative teams drive impact within complex organizations.

Whalley’s expertise spans graphic design, illustration, art direction, motion graphics, and digital experience. He is recognized for a production-oriented, player-coach approach that combines execution with leadership.
