From the release:
Vagrants has appointed Amanda Pellegrini as Head of Creative Operations, expanding the studio’s creative leadership team as it continues to grow its creative offering.
After initially joining Vagrants in a fractional capacity last fall, Pellegrini officially transitioned to the role full time in June. She works closely with studio leadership to oversee creative operations, strengthen client partnerships and develop scalable workflows informed by both agency and in-house brand experience, helping Vagrants build a creative process that’s as seamless for clients as its award-winning production model.
Prior to joining Vagrants, Pellegrini held creative operations and account leadership roles at Arnold Worldwide, Toth + Co. and Evenflo, where she led creative operations for the children’s products brand. Her relationship with Vagrants began as a client, when she hired the studio while working at Evenflo.
“Having worked with Vagrants from the client side, I experienced firsthand the way the team approaches creative partnership,” said Pellegrini. “The studio combines the best parts of agency life: a collaborative environment, ambitious creative thinking and exceptional talent with a culture that genuinely values its people. I’m excited to help continue building a creative offering that supports our clients from strategy through execution.”
In her role, Pellegrini serves as the primary client lead across creative engagements, overseeing project scoping, creative workflows and delivery while helping evolve the systems and processes that support the studio’s expanding capabilities.
