As directors and studios continue to embrace the expansive creative freedom of producing titles and trailers for design-related events, the visual and emotional rewards have multiplied for both organizers and audiences.
We were honored to publish all of these projects in The Stash Permanent Collection during 2025. They are listed here in reverse chronological order by their issue of publication.

Ambrogio Bergamaschi, creative lead at Found in London: “Forward Festival asked us to create the 2025 main titles for their events in Berlin and Vienna guided by their motto, ‘Turn Ideas Into Action’.
“The brief was deliberately open, with a strong emphasis on experimentation. We wanted to visualise the moment of transformation, from blank page to ignition, and capture the tension of ideas on the verge of becoming real.”

XK studio directors Alexa Sirbu and Lukas Vojir add a playful touch to their signature CG motion experiments in this sequence that opened the 2025 edition of the OFFFMX design conference in Mexico City.
From OFFF: “XK Studio took us to a universe where the ideas, energy, and talent of our speakers come to life. Hands, as the central element, became a symbol of artistic creation: the human gesture that shapes ideas and connects with the essence of the festival.”

Misha Petrick, CD/director at Petrick Animation Studio in Tbilisi, Georgia: “Every year, the G8 Festival collaborates with different studios to create an opening film around a central theme. In 2025, the theme was ‘Polyphony’ and our task was to express this in the festival teaser.
“The biggest challenge was weaving several narratives into one cohesive arc. We quickly aligned on ‘the creative search’ as the umbrella concept, but spent time defining the specific fragments.”

Guille Comin, CD at Device & BOL in Barcelona: “The brief was to produce the title sequence for OFFF Sevilla, a regional edition of the global culture festival. The client gave us complete creative freedom to develop and unveil the sequence on the same day as the festival event.
“For the entire BOL & Device team, this became a personal project, a piece into which they poured creativity, care, love, and a great deal of technical and artistic experimentation.”

Rin Yokoi and Diane Lee at Ringling College in Sarasota, FL: “The brief was to develop concepts and designs for Ringling’s FutureProof 2025 conference including the logo, print collateral, merchandise, and this animated opener. The biggest creative challenge was generating ideas that truly felt original.
“To break out of conventional thinking, we drew inspiration from outside the typical motion design sphere, pulling ideas from scientific concepts, furniture design, historical events, and abstract photography.”

Directors/CDs Marcel Ziul and Lucho Suarez at State: “Bringing our love for cel animation, seamless transitions, and handcrafted effects to the forefront, we crafted a pure celebration of motion — bold, dynamic, and unapologetically fun.
“The 20th edition of Graphika Manila was truly special. With a legacy of visionary creatives who have graced its stage, we set out to capture two decades of creativity, energy, and madness in a single, powerful sequence.”
