Uncommon & Gizmo “Feel the Rage” With Clash Royale

The last time we covered Uncommon Creative’s work for Clash Royale, this multi-studio insanity happened. Now, after narrowing the field to the CG character masters at Gizmo in Buenos Aires, they are back with a twist.

Clash Royale’s Viking Season is an in-game event by Supercell that introduces new Viking-themed content and a contest to find the game’s first-ever player-inspired Rage Emote.

This trailer is a gritty, off-kilter mash-up channeling the visceral and very vocal anger of real players to drive game characters. The result is both gripping and unsettling while it opens wider vox pop narrative possibilities for future game promotion.
