CD Paul McDonnell and the design and animation team at Huge in London sculpt a literal page-turner to open Bookish, a British period crime drama series about a book shop owner who helps the police solve crimes.
Paul McDonnell: “Eagle Eye Drama asked us to create an opening title sequence for a murder mystery set in post war London. We approached the project with the idea of bringing the information inside of different books to life – a clean and fun way to demonstrate how the main character Gabriel Book’s mind works.

“The project went really smoothly, we only pitched one idea and were commissioned almost immediately with Sara Warnes score really helping to set the pace of the animation.
