Art & Eyewear Collide in Spot Studio’s New Film for Felipe Pantone x Etnia Barcelona

Spot Studio in Barcelona, whose stylish 3D exploits we track here, nudge forward the battle lines of the CG eyewear wars with this vibrant and glitchy work merging design and contemporary art.

Director Nicolás Cañellas at Spot Studio: For this collaboration between Etnia Barcelona and Argentine-Spanish contemporary artist Felipe Pantone, we explored the intersection of art, eyewear and digital imagery – a collision of color, movement and perception.

Drawing inspiration from Pantone’s unmistakable visual language, we brought together vibrant colors, optical effects and dynamic compositions to create a bold visual experience where the eyewear becomes part of an ever-changing world of light, form and movement. A celebration of creative expression, where art meets design.
