KORB founder/CD Rimantas Lukavicius, whose head-turning Chivas Regal film graces the cover of the Stash Annual 2025, translates the personality of ECCO’s Biom 720 sneaker into CG poetry in this new product film.
Rimantas Lukavicius: “We approached the ECCO Biom 720 as more than a product, it was a system of movement to be translated into a fully CGI experience.
“Light became a storytelling tool, passing through the sole to expose inner construction and amplify the feeling of softness from within.”
“Our process began by deconstructing the shoe into its core sensations: lightweight structure, responsive bounce, tactile softness, and the unique way light travels through the sole. From there, we rebuilt it digitally, crafting simulations that let each of these qualities lead the visual language.
“We developed custom setups to express weightlessness in motion, exaggerated micro bounce to make energy visible, and pushed material shading to reveal hyper detailed textures at a near tactile level.
“Light became a storytelling tool, passing through the sole to expose inner construction and amplify the feeling of softness from within. This wasn’t just about showing the shoe, it was about making you feel what it does.”
