With the cute and adorable dials cranked to 11, Paris-based Picolo Pictures founders Claire Paoletti and Julien Bisaro introduce Shooom, an intrepid baby owl on a mission.

Lovingly lit and rendered in 2D animation, Shooom is the star of a half-hour TV Special that premiered at Cartoon Forum in Toulouse, France in September 2017.
