Director/CDs Albin Merle, Romain Delaunay, and the CG motion crew at le truc aim to strike “a balance between mechanical rigor and visual wonder” in this product film for venerable Swiss luxury watch maker Breguet.
Albin Merle and Romain Delaunay: “Our ambition was to create a piece capable of bringing together emotion and technique, two essential dimensions of the Breguet universe. We wanted to present extremely complex, deeply technical elements without ever losing the viewer – transforming watchmaking precision into a sensory, almost poetic experience.

“Breguet expressed the desire to move away from its usual narrative in order to explore more experimental, more daring territory. We therefore sought to reflect this intention by proposing a new visual language, one capable of highlighting the major innovation of this piece (the magnetic escapement) with emotion.
“To symbolize this technological breakthrough, we chose to work around magnetic powder, a living and mysterious material, the perfect metaphor for this achievement. From this idea, we imagined different chapters, each revealing the watch through its most emblematic elements.”
