We are the Robots: Romain Chassaing Fabricates Factory Fun for Dacia

Solab Films director Romain Chassaing (whose talents with VFX projects are on full display here and here) teams with Digital District and 1920vfx to prove assembly line robots are all too human in this spot for Dacia.

It’s worth noting that Chassaing and the team made a commitment to traditional VFX and animation techniques, avoiding the use of generative AI and opting instead to bring the robot character business to life frame-by-frame.

Produced through indie Paris agency Buzzman, the spot highlights Dacia’s Tribrid engine (that combines electric, gasoline, and LPG) and will run across social media in :60, :30 and :15 versions.
