Best of Stash 2025: Product Films!

To break out of the noise and chaos of the consumer marketing complex, brands need to elevate their products with outstanding creative and confident execution that grabs attention, ramps up desire, and opens wallets.

We were honored to publish all of these projects in The Stash Permanent Collection during 2025. They are listed here in reverse chronological order by their issue of publication.

HERMAN MILLER “AERON”

(above)
Issue: Stash 174
Also featured in the Stash Annual 2025

Changhoon Nam, director at Ch Graphics in Seoul, South Korea: “The brief I set for myself on this spec project was to reinterpret the Aeron chair, moving it beyond its image as a static, premium object and recasting it as a vibrant partner for creators.

“The biggest challenge was how to harmoniously blend the iconic brand identity of the Herman Miller Aeron with the new sense of ‘vibrancy’ I wanted to express. I found the solution in paying homage to Herman Miller’s iconic past poster designs.”

PUMA “SPEEDCAT”

Issue: STASH 174

The last time director Anton Shavkero and his CLAN crew teamed with CG studio AVE they unleashed esports madness for BetBoom (see Stash 173). Now they’ve applied their unhinged 3D thinking to this future-pop racer vision for PUMA’s classic Speedcat sneaker.

The spot was produced thru agency OZIO for Russian online sports retailer Amazing Red with a soundtrack by Moscow-based composer Deem Muratov.

SHARKNINJA “SHARK RV2820ZE SIZZLE REEL”

Issue: STASH 172

Alex Mikhaylov, CD/art director at LOOP in Lisbon: “The client requested that we show every key feature clearly and beautifully, with product accuracy and a premium, cinematic feel.

“The real challenge was elevating a standard feature list into a cinematic, design-driven film with sleek environments, refined glass/optical shaders, and dramatic camera moves. We highlighted each feature while keeping the presentation striking and genuinely entertaining.”

MATE “GO+”

Issue: STASH 172
Also featured in the Stash Annual 2025

Santi Zoraidez: “The MATE GO+ is aimed at families and stylish parents. It’s a high-end, fairly expensive bicycle, and they wanted to showcase its versatility and how it fits into different everyday scenarios for modern parents.

“The idea was to create five abstract scenes representing a children’s playground, a grocery shopping moment with fruits and vegetables, an urban commuting setting, a café scene, and a kindergarten environment.”

BEATS “POWERBEATS PRO 2”

Issue: STASH 170
Also featured in the Stash Annual 2025

Raj Davsi, director at FutureDeluxe in New York: “The opportunity to craft and direct ‘Behind the Design’ for the new Beats Powerpro 2 was an incredible experience, from shooting the live action to creating beautiful CGI.

“The film was developed through an experimental research and development process that allowed us to push creative boundaries and envision the superiority and aerodynamic nature of the products, from phantom shots, scanning, blurs, thermal shots, and spinning rigs on the live-action shoot.”

NIKE “AIR MAX 1000”

Issue: STASH 170

Donny Smith, director of outreach at Already Been Chewed in Dallas, TX: “Based on the production process at 3D-printed footwear brand Zellerfeld, we created a story behind the making of the Nike Airmax 1000 and its sustainability. We needed the spot to be about 70% ‘real’ (could happen in real life) and about 30% surreal.

“Zellerfeld gave us a video chat tour of their facilities and process to produce the sneakers. We based our storyline on that information, including the fact that the shoes are recyclable.”

N.A.S. “RIMOWA”

Issue: STASH 169
Also featured in the Stash Annual 2025

Vitaly Grossmann, CD/director in Hamburg, Germany: “I was approached by the product design company Unknown, Untitled to create a series of product visualization films for an unrealized program they developed for Rimowa, the iconic luggage brand.

“Tasked with envisioning the future of travel, Unknown, Untitled designed three groundbreaking suitcase concepts, each reimagining the brand’s existing ranges. My task was to bring their visionary designs to life through cinematic and elegant films, showcasing the beauty and functionality of each suitcase in a simple, yet striking manner.”
