No stranger to bringing CG excitement to sports brands (see here and here), the motion crew at Bolder Creative in Brighton stitch up a steamy spot for the features and benefits of X-Bionic’s Thermosyphon fabric in this director’s cut.

David Farquharson, CD at Bolder: “To showcase their incredible, advanced base layer technology, high-end sports wear brand X-Bionic brought Bolder on board. Forming part of the company’s beautiful rebrand, we were tasked with developing a motion sequence to explore the sophisticated structures and tech behind the core attributes of this complex product.

“Accurately representing the 3D knitting process of the garment, the properties that structure generates as well as the ‘feel’ and stylistic attitude of the brand was the key. The fully CGI sequence and all it’s simulations, in-depth texturing, macro production animations, as well as sound design was designed to provide a strong and detailed aesthetic while maintaining a simplified and satisfying flow.”
