Peek Into the Process Behind DissEmbargo’s F1 2026 Titles

Dissembargo co-founder/directors Sam Humphries and Sebastian Helene just dropped us the process reel for their high-octane and high-stakes design and motion work on the 2026 F1 season title sequence.

Sam Humphries and Sebastian Helene: “This year F1 briefed us on a new visual approach. They wanted it to feel premium and clean, and for us to focus on the idea of ‘change’.

“The other key creative focus was showcasing the new car not just as a machine, but as a feat of engineering and innovation.”

“Why change? With new regulations and technologies introduced for 2026 it set the stage for a season of transformation, the titles would mirror that in a visually interpretive way.

For viewers, the drivers are clearly the standout element of the opening titles. We devoted careful attention and consideration to how they were incorporated into the 3D environments.

“The other key creative focus was showcasing the new car not just as a machine, but as a feat of engineering and innovation, weaving it between driver moments to give it a strong narrative presence.”
