Disturbed “Bad Man” Music Video by Tristan Holmes and Midjourney

With help from Midjourney, director Tristan Holmes conjures 10,000+ AI-generated frames and animates them into a relentless protest against the Russian invasion of Ukraine for Chicago heavy metal band Disturbed.

Tristan Holmes: “This video has been a labor of love and I am super proud to share it at last. Inspired by the plight of the Ukrainian people it is a poignant and powerful comment on the world today and the rise of autocracy not only in Eastern Europe but in other parts of the world.

Disturbed singer David Draiman: “It could be about any number of bad men or actors in the world that are currently wreaking havoc, but this particular song was inspired by the Russian invasion of Ukraine. It was happening as we were writing the song, and it seemed very, very appropriate.”
