Danae Gosset & Friends Get Lost in Mac Miller’s “Rush Hour”

Pencil TV director Danae Gosset wrangles a crew of 10 illustrators on this warm and gentle music video, hand-painted in watercolors for the Mac Miller track “Rush Hour”, marking the 10th Anniversary of his album GO:OD AM.

Danae Gosset: “Rush Hour explores escapism and surrealism, a dreamlike passage from the chaos of the rush hour into an alternate reality filled with awe and wonder.

“It’s meant as a gentle drift away from the ordinary, into a world that feels both distant but also familiar, similar to a very vivid daydream.”
